1. Definitions
"The Company" refers to TheLEDtrode products and installations incorporated in Malta. “We” refers to TheLedtrode`s team of expertise. "The Buyer" refers to the person or other third parties who abide to purchase goods from the company, and who are pursuant to these terms. "The Goods" are any goods which the company agrees to supply to the buyer in accordance with these Terms and conditions. "Order placement" refers to the buyers` written acceptance and confirmation for the sale of goods.
TheLEDtrode may amend or update the terms and conditions in this document at any time and without notice. We kindly ask you to revise our Terms and Conditions section from our website before placing any orders, to ensure that your experience with us runs as smoothly as possible.
2. Product description
The description of the Goods is set out in the company's website. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that all descriptive matter including descriptions or illustrations are issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Goods described in them.
Although we try our best to describe the products as accurately as possible, occasionally there may be some omissions that may relate to product descriptions depending on the amount of features a product has. In such cases, kindly contact us for further assistance about the product.
3. Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
4. Prices and offers
Our website also features information on pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct, change or update information and prices from time to time without notice. Also, offers and promotions might only be available for a certain period of time, and current offers are no guarantee of future offers.
The prices for the goods set out in the company's website are inclusive of any VAT and do not include delivery cost if orders do not exceed €30.
Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted will be valid for a period of 30 days only from its date of issue. Quotations are not binding on the company until an order has been accepted. Where the Company and the Buyer agree a discount in respect of the Company's price list any such discount will only apply where confirmed in a quotation.
5. Order submissions and cancellations
Orders can be submitted online through our website, via our facebook page or via phone. When ordering from our website, an order confirmation is sent via email once an order has been submitted. The order is then processed within one or two days, and orders are then delivered accordingly to the desired location.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if any information provided is considered as incorrect or inaccurate.
Cancellation of standard goods ordered will be accepted only if made and received within 48 hours prior delivery. Orders can be cancelled via phone only. Should a delivery be cancelled without prior notice a charge of €10 will be applied.
6. Payments
Upon delivery or once an installation has been complete, the company reserves the right to collect the full payment. Payments are to be made in cash only for orders not exceeding €100. The Company will not deliver the goods by installments or by monthly payments. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Company has received full payment.
In cases of a large order, a deposit may be required to pay in advance and clients are advised beforehand the total cost.
7. Damages and errors in the order
It's the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the order confirmation document is accurate. Any typographical, clerical or other accidental errors in the order shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the company. Should the items be delivered and the buyer realizes of having ordered a product by mistake, the company reserves the right to charge the full amount.
Also, the buyer must check the goods upon receipt and report any damage, loss or unsatisfactory condition immediately. The Company shall at its discretion, repair or replace free of charge any goods damaged goods, provided that that the company receives notice of such damage within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Privacy
When ordering from on our site, as appropriate, you are asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number. Buyers can also create an account to save details for future orders. You may, however, visit our site and order without creating an account.
Any of the information we collect from you is protected by the data protection act and used only for transactional purposes. Your information, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any third parties, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
